Terms of use (starter — needs legal review)

1. Our courses

HiringBuddy Learn sells original, self-paced online courses for ₹199 each. A purchase gives the buyer a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course online for as long as the course is offered. Sharing logins, downloading or redistributing course videos or notes is not allowed.

Courses are non-accredited skill courses. They are not a degree, diploma, MBA or recognised professional qualification, and we make no promise of jobs, income or exam results.

2. Educational information only

Tax, GST, TDS, Ind AS and other content is general education, labelled with the financial year it refers to. It is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. Laws, rates and due dates change; verify with official sources or a qualified professional.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in INR. No refunds — all sales final, except as stated in the refund policy.

4. Accounts

You log in with an email one-time code. Keep access to your email secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

5. Free resource directory

Third-party resources are links to providers' own sites, governed by their terms. No affiliation, endorsement or accreditation is implied.
