Privacy policy (starter — needs legal review, incl. DPDP Act 2023)

HiringBuddy Learn collects only what is needed to run courses:

• Email address — to send login codes and identify your account.
• Purchase records — course, amount, Razorpay order/payment IDs and status. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay, never stored by us.
• Learning data — lessons completed and quiz scores, to show your progress.
• Security logs — IP address and browser info for sessions and rate-limiting login codes.

Cookies: one HttpOnly session cookie (login) and one security (CSRF) cookie. Theme and language preferences are stored in your browser. No advertising trackers.

Processors: Razorpay (payments), our email provider (login codes), Bunny.net (video delivery), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing abhisekvishen@gmail.com. Purchase records may be kept as required by tax/accounting law.
