Refund & cancellation policy (starter)

No refunds — all sales final.

All HiringBuddy Learn course purchases (₹199 per course) are digital products with instant access and are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is successful. Every course offers two free demo lessons so you can judge it before buying, and you must confirm that you understand this policy before checkout.

Limited exceptions (where required by law or for payment errors)

• Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same course, the extra payment will be refunded.
• Failed payment but money debited — if your account was debited but the course was not unlocked, we will either unlock the course or refund the amount after checking with Razorpay.
• Any other refund that applicable Indian law requires.

To raise a case, email abhisekvishen@gmail.com within 7 days with your registered email, course name and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; bank timelines usually apply (often 5–7 working days).
